Erlang Odds and Ends

This is code I've put out on erlang-questions. I occasionally update the versions here when someone finds a bug.

• An alternative io formatter which truncates terms by length instead of depth. trunc_io.erl (If you have a long-running system which logs arbitrary terms, how do you know that printing them won't blow up the VM? In general, you don't. That's why you should use this module for log output.)

• A description of one way to cross-compile Erlang for an embedded linux system.
